Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or because of carrier delays outside our control.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships, including tracking information when it is available.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

Late, lost or damaged packages

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, or arrives damaged, email us at annaus2025@gmail.com with your order number and we will help resolve it.
