30-day money-back guarantee on your first bag

If you are not happy with your first bag of any RUIXEIN product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, even if the bag has been opened. This applies to the first bag of each product per customer.

Other returns

Any other item can be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at annaus2025@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first asking for a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend a tracked shipping service, because we cannot refund a return we do not receive.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post the refund.
